1. Who provides FoldPrompt
FoldPrompt is provided by Thoufeek Baber ("we", "us"). Contact: thoufeekbaber1@gmail.com.
2. Free app
FoldPrompt version 1.0 is free to download and use. It has no subscriptions, in-app purchases or ads. If we ever offer paid features in a future version, the price and terms will be shown clearly in the app and on the App Store before you pay anything, and purchases will be handled by Apple.
3. Your content is yours
You own the scripts you write and the recordings you make. FoldPrompt stores them on your iPhone and we do not receive, use or claim any rights to them. You are responsible for keeping your own copies; deleting the app deletes the content stored inside it.
4. Use FoldPrompt responsibly
- Get permission before recording other people, and follow the recording and privacy laws where you are.
- Only read and record material you have the right to use.
- Do not use FoldPrompt to break the law or to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
- Stay aware of your surroundings while reading a prompt, and never use FoldPrompt while driving.
5. Features that depend on Apple
Camera, microphone, Photos, sharing and Voice Follow speech recognition rely on iOS and Apple services. Their availability can depend on your device, iOS version, language and settings. Voice Follow may need to download Apple's speech model the first time you use it in a language.
6. No warranty
FoldPrompt is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep recordings safe, but we cannot promise that FoldPrompt will be error-free or that a recording will never fail, so please keep important takes backed up. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in the Standard EULA.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost recordings, lost data or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of FoldPrompt. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
8. Changes
We may update these terms when FoldPrompt changes. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use FoldPrompt after a change means you accept the updated terms.
